@_miss_lisa: Straight SHRUGS, NO DRUGS! Heavy shrugs .. Sets if 10 up to 255, prob one of my favorite exercises .. Face pulls.. Which I hate cuz those little muscles burn like a mutha.. And resistance band work for rear delts and rhomboids .. Just straight hard work, clean eating, and nooooo roids πŸ™…πŸ™…πŸ™…. Oh and don’t mind the tape , protective measure for my erectors because they were super inflamed this week.
